Religious and Cultural Voices Meet in Madrid

A notable gathering in Madrid united community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to reflect on the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The event, promoted by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, highlighted education, prevention and dialogue as tools against prejudice. The dialogue included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers shared different experiences and viewpoints on how mutual knowledge can reduce prejudice.

In the discussion, participants addressed themes such as tolerance, social cohesion and the prevention of discrimination. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement.
